After one month of hard work and constant bombardment of countless electricians, plumbers, bottomers, carpenters etc., it finally was about time to give some insight into what our beautiful company does all day and under which conditions we work.
The planning of this particular event contained the idea of giving the employees a chance to invite 2-3 close friends or family members to have a glance at our new high tech based super mega office at Binzstrasse Zurich.
For making our brand new space look a little more homelike, we had decorated all rooms with short descriptions of our employees, and posted some general info about our main companies. Furthermore, every room had its own ambience, including its own music playlist.
Boris Manhart, one of the Managing Partners, had held a very informative speech for all attendees while Branislav Djuric and Sabrina Kunz lead the audience through the main purposes of the Centralway Academy and SCRUM. The guided tour was a very important part of the evening, since most of the relatives have only less or no clue what our industry produces or what we work at.
Not to underrate at all as well, were the delicious party breads and snacks. Unfortunately, we overestimated the hunger of our 60-70 guests by just a little bit. For the next two days, all employees were still supplied and nobody had to buy any food.
All in all, the event was a great success. We have received a big positive feedback for how our office is equipped, and of course for the awesome facilities (Cinema Room, Playlounge, etc.). In order to keep these privileges and that very comfortable working atmosphere, we are always keen on bringing our products to the next level.
